Position Summary

A well-rounded sales acumen that includes being a true hunter and closer! We want a prospector and closer all in one. The ability to make dials and or knock on doors daily to get to key decision-makers and close the sale. The willingness to use the tools provided to follow up via calls and emails before the renewal period of existing contracts.

Your Impact

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Create target lists through tools provided, reach out and update CRM with results.

Calling past customers for repeat business.

Mining new leads through cold calls and door knocks.

Follow up on marketing driven leads within minutes of receiving them.

Provide quotes within set ranges to customer to secure the business

Follow up with potential customers and inquire how our quote compares to others

Create monthly reports of activity and track progress

Update CRM system with customer notes from each call

Adhere to PROSHRED®, Naid and ISO policies and proceduresincluding pricing strategies

Work closely with Branch Manager to understand sales capabilities for your location

Maintain up to date knowledge on document security and industry trends

Educate and sell the potential customer on PROSHRED®’s value proposition

Participate in sales meetings

Your Sales Business Development Expertise

Minimum 1 -2 years Sales and Customer Service experience

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Sales focus with an energetic and positive approach along with a high sense of urgency to addressing customer requests

Experience with prospecting and cold calling is a plus

Good understanding of sales concepts

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Exceptionally strong organization and time management skills with ability to execute with focus and flexibility

Experienced at managing multiple priorities and demonstrated use of good judgment in handling large volume of requests with competing priorities and deadlines

Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

Experience and proficiency with the use of a CRM including reporting capability, is preferred

On Target Earnings of $75,000 - $95,000 in the first year broken down as follows….
